I represent and warrant that I have read and agree to the terms of this and fully understand its contents and I am 18 years of age or older.

General Release and Indemnity Agreement: I hereby release Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. and its subsidiaries or affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “Arctic Wolf”), from all liability with respect to any claims of injury to persons or property which may arise from my and my guest’s participation in this Activity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arctic Wolf against any and all losses, liabilities, judgments awards and costs (including legal fees and expenses) arising out of or related to any claim or injury related to persons or property of any kind, whether in contract or in tort, which may result from my or my guest’s participation in the Activity. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs and expenses for transportation related to this Activity.
