Jordan L. Fischer, Esq., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM is the Global Data Privacy Team lead at Beckage. Jordan counsels clients on a wide variety of regulatory requirements, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), emerging state data protection laws, and national and international data breach standards. She also assists clients with contractual negotiations related to technology, data management, security, and privacy and helps to build out compliance programs to address a multitude of regulatory requirements and best practices.
