Jordan L. Fischer, Esq., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM is the Global Data Privacy Team lead at Beckage. Jordan counsels clients on a wide variety of regulatory requirements, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), emerging state data protection laws, and national and international data breach standards.
